Basic information
It is suitable for process occasions and fluid control systems with large pipeline pressure difference and strict sealing requirements for switching and cutting off pipeline media.
Operating temperature: -20°C to +150°C (+250°C special seal).
Operating pressure: PN16, PN25 - PN40 - PN64 -PN100
Range
Air, steam, water, gases, petroleum and petrochemicals, corrosive media.
electric ball valve; Shanghai Capernaum valve, V-shaped electric ball valve is a core valve seat using metal, or metal to PTFE sealing matching rotary ball valve, electric ball valve will ball valve and butterfly valve the best control characteristics combined into one, can be used as a control control valve, but also can be used as a shut-off valve. Its main features are:
(1) The integral valve body without any pipe joints, so it is not affected by pipeline or bolt stress, and because the valve body does not have any pipe joints, the pressure-resistant shell will not be affected by the pressure "sudden change";
(2) The electric ball valve has a V-shaped valve body, which can ensure the accuracy of control in the entire range even in the case of small flow or high viscosity medium;
(3) The leak-proof and durable seat of the electric ball valve is lined with a stainless steel core PTFE cup or O-shaped sealing ring at its outer diameter, and the valve seat is made of tungsten cobalt cemented carbide with a large cross-section, and the structure of the valve seat is further enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring;
(4) When the electric ball valve valve is closed, there is a wedge-shaped shear effect between the V-shaped notch and the electric ball valve seat, and it has both self-cleaning function and can prevent the ball core from jamming, and the electric ball valve is especially suitable for pipeline scale freezing or containing fiber and granular solids.
