Heyue Electric Flanged Butterfly Valve is a versatile and efficient solution for flow control in industrial pipelines, combining the simplicity of butterfly valve design with the convenience of electric actuator and the robustness of flanged connections, the flanged butterfly valves deliver seamless automation, easy installation, and long-lasting performance.
Key Features
Compact Design: With a streamlined structure, the valve minimizes space requirements while handling large pipe diameters (e.g., DN500–DN1000).
Soft Sealing: Generally EPDM or PTEM Seat to ensure leak-proof operation for non-corrosive media (e.g., water, air) at temperatures up to 150°C, for high temperatures can be customized Viton or Silicone Seat.
Ease of Installation & Operation: The flanged design simplifies installation between pipeline flanges with gaskets. Electric actuation eliminates the need for air lines, requiring only a power and control signal cable.
Multi-Standard Flanges: Compliant with DIN PN16, ANSI 150LB, JIS 10K, and other international standards, ensuring easy installation and compatibility with global pipeline systems.
Actuator Performance: Actuators with sufficient torque (matched to pipeline pressure), adjustable travel limits, and compatibility with control signals (4-20mA, 0-10V, or digital protocols like Modbus).
