This design ensures that only the diaphragm and body liner-both made from compatible plastics-contact the media, providing exceptional protection against corrosion and contamination.

 

Superior Corrosion & Chemical Resistance

Body Materials: Available in robust plastics like PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride), PP (Polypropylene), and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride). Each material offers a specific resistance profile against acids, alkalis, salts, and solvents.

Full Isolation: The diaphragm acts as a leak-proof barrier, preventing corrosive fluids from reaching the valve stem, bonnet, and actuator, thereby eliminating internal corrosion and external leakage.

 

Hygienic & Contamination-Free Design

Smooth, Crevice-Free Flow Path: The streamlined body and diaphragm seal minimize areas where product can accumulate, facilitating easy draining and cleaning. This is critical for purity in chemical and food-grade processes.
